WELCOMING MEETING

Nothing creates a warmer feeling than being welcomed with open arms.

January 17, 2019 | The day of the orientation or the welcoming meeting of the Pre-service SEA-teacher Project at Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, Banjarmasin, Indonesia.

Wearing our own university uniform was indeed a great feeling - a great feeling of pride and honor especially that you are surrounded with other future educators of different universities and countries. The day of the meeting was full of smiles and not to mention "pictures". It was a great privilege to introduce one's self and to share everyone's impression to the host country.

Moreover, it feels so good to be welcomed by the heads of the administrative staff of the institution of our receiving university, ULM, with open arms. I never felt that I am different because they made us feel that we are home.
